Jeep Strokers

I've currently got a guy at a race shop checking into a cpl of things for me. He is one of the biggest ford and mopar tech guys in the state. He has several good ideas about how to program this joker and get it running right. I wish I could spead intelligently of the issues I'm having, but I am not a motor-head. I was hoping for a plug-n-play senario, but that's not where I'm at.
I'll post dynoed results soon and what possible solutions we have come up with. I am affraid to adjust anything myself right now because I don't want to do any damage to the motor.

1300 degrees is the temp at which engine failure is immenant if not cooled down. You are certainly gonna burn a valve if you havn't allready. How far down the header do you have the bung welded in?
The EGT sensor is gonna get you in the ballpark for a correct A/F ratio and prevent you from burning up that motor. The wideband is gonna show you your exact A/F ratio, but it will also drain your wallet.
