I hung a different meter on it this afternoon for the drive home, a little better scale in the volts range ...much easier in the daylight. Started showing voltage within a minute of startup. Once warm..idle flux between .55 and .7 fairly steady and constant rate of cycling. if it swung past .75 the next swing would take it a little below .5 Cruising at 60 with the cruise control on it basically sits at .55 to .6 Large changes in the gas ( around 1000 rpm) would make it drop to about .25 for a split second then go right back to around .6. It looks like the system wants to maintain a mixture that gives about .6 volts. Next I need a vaccum gauge to see how thats working but pretty interesting so far
