I hadnt seen that they had anything other than the stud mount. I will more than likely go with the pedastal mount if I get rollers. I'll just have to decide if I want to spend the extra on the adjustables.

Damn, the non adjustables went from $283 at Jegs to $395!
Summit too. At least the adjustables are still $456 at Summit. Did you actually pay $564 from Hesco?
Edit: just checked Harland Sharps website and they are only $419 direct, plus shipping!!

I paid a bit less than that, but keep in mind that you still need to get a valve cover spacer and a t-stat housing spacer.
Also, I couldn't get the ground cable on the back of the head back on the head bolt due to the cover spacer. Couldn't use any bolt that would fit. I got a steel spacer from Lowes and a smaller 7/1 14 bolt to tighten the strap down. I'm sure I could have come up with a better solution if there was a Ace around here.

I just went back and re checked the preload yesterday. Everything is ok, but I am just amazed at how easy it is to set preload with these. No fooling around with shims nor measuring the two marks on the push rod, etc. Find TDC, tighten to 0 lash then tighten 1/2-3/4 turn and lock.

Let me hijack this thread please...
I posted in another thread about my undecisiveness about rockers. How long has it been since you intalled the Harland Sharp, how many miles? Any problems yet? How do you like them? Would you recommend them over stamped steel?

They were installed for about 1000 miles. Ran fine. The engine, however, was a pos. So I am currently building a replacement. They are plenty beefy and I don't see them breaking like the Mopar ones in the other thread. I also used Yella Terras, which I actually like better (one solid shaft linking the rockers and they just look stronger and are a bit bulkier) However they are hard to come buy in adjustable form.
They did quiet down the valve train, and they should help with pinging just a little bit because they run cooler than the stamper steel ones.
