Is this a decent deal?

Post by dingo151 »

Hello,

There's a fella who has the following in the local paper:

JEEP STROKER UNFINISHED
1996 high nickel 4.0 block cleaned, mag checked, bored .030, honed, deck height set, and alignment of main bores inspected. 1986 258 crankshaft and rods, crankshaft is untouched and needs machined and balanced. Rods are reconditioned with arp bolts installed and pressed onto new hyperuetectic pistons 550$

Decent Deal?

From what I've seen, yes that's a pretty good deal.
