Re: What can is this
Use a digital caliper to measure the maximum lift of the intake and exhaust cam lobes and we might be able to find out.
Does it have a gear for a mechanical fuel pump?

Re: What can is this
It is out of a 4.2. I don’t know the year. I tossed the block already. From what I was told it was a very low run time rebuild but I don’t know how long ago. I plan on using the crank for a stroker. It had .001 under bearings in it but measuring the rod journals ther very from .001-.002 under size so unfortunately I will likely have to send it away to get turned as no one local will grind a crank. Due to poor timing I am forced to do the build with 4.2 rods and 4.0 pistons. Yes I will deck the block. May have to increase combustion chamber size but that doesn’t bother me with 27 years experience on the floor. I would love to buy Russ’s pistons but with the crappy. Canadian dollar they would cost over $900 CAD before shipping and duties. I am hoping to use this camshaft but would like to know what it is. I believe my current 4.2 has finally cracked a piston skirt. I need to get something together as my dog is getting upset that we don’t haven’t been out in the jeep for close to a month. Hahaha.
I’ll go out and measure the lobes. I guess I could borrow or buy a degree wheel as well.

Re: What can is this
Looks like both intake and exhaust are .252 lobe lift other markings in the cam but likely just casting info.
