4.0 swap pcm obd2

Hey guys, I got a bit of a long shot here. I'm currently in process of trying to swap my 4.0 swap from obd1 to obd2 (additional tuning capabilities with upcoming stroker build).

I've located a guy stateside that is willing to ship to Canada, and to make sure I have the "right" pcm, he is looking for a part number or Vin. 

*My car will STAY registered as a 1980 spirit, and I do not have smog testing*

I'm wondering if anyone has some info to help me fill this. I need the following: 

Obd2 xj (1998 I think I best)
NO SENTRY KEY
Manual transmission
I'm not sure if there is difference 2wd/4wd but 2wd would be preferable
