New stroker, weird up and down idle at start up

Just put in my new 4.7 everything went well. But I am noticing at start up my idle surges from around 680 to 780 until it gets warmed up at operating temp. Didn't really do that with the stock motor, but I am asking for things to check. I am a newbie to strokers but seems to be running ok for now

If you haven't done this already, thoroughly clean the inside of the throttle body and the IAC valve. This might just help. Otherwise if the motor is still fresh, it might just need a few miles to settle in.
