Very nice! Glad to see a graph showing it kept making power around 5k rpm. Makes me want to shift a little higher. Ported head? I'm in for build specs.

Bought a 63mm throttle body spacer (1" thick) off ebay for $40. Tried to buy a Hesco and they're no longer being made in 68mm like I wanted. I was informed there's no reason for that big of a throttle body unless it's forced induction. So I found another avenue.

Took the throttle body spacer to my machinist on island and had it knocked out to 68mm in under an hour for $20. Total cost was less than half what Hesco wanted for their 68mm spacer. It will add about 5 cubic inches of plenum volume and space the throttle body up away from the floor of the intake manifold.

Here are some pics of the engine now. Doug thorley header with a 3" pipe dumped just like that. My entire exhaust system in one picture!! I couldn't make it louder if I tried! Welded it straight to the header after cutting the 2.5" flange off, and welded in the O2 bungs.

Installed 68MM throttle body spacer, 68mm painless throttle body, and then all high flow parts from HESCO - water pump/thermostat/thermostat housing

I don't know yet. I suspect it's a combination of about 10" of 3" pipe coming off the header and running a bit rich

Re-routed my exhaust! No more fire. AFR is just within an acceptable range and I got the cam broken in. This thing is LOUD! I only re-routed it to keep fumes out of the cab. Flexed it out in the garage (dangerously with a floor jack, I do not recommend) to check clearance from the tire. I do think it's going to "tickle" it a bit and clearance it for me haha.

There's no upper control arm in the way on that side because it's a 3-link

Thanks! Although I already anticipate getting tired of how loud it is even though it's almost strictly a trail rig

These videos don't do it justice. It has a butt load of power. I don't have any good videos showing hard straight line WOT blasts.
