Helo; new to this. I have a message in my out box
I have a message in my out box for the last 3 days. why can't I send this? is there anything I should be doing ?

When you send a message to a user it stays in the Outbox until the user logs in and reads it. If they never login and read it then it will stay in the outbox indefinitely.
