98 4.6L Stroker build

I got the motor in and running. Runs awesome, tons more pull up the hills. Working with flyingryan to get the tunes in it. Here are the pics of the install and motor build. This website helped out a lot with the build, has a ton of useful information. I also decided to go with 68 mm throttle body and it has worked out well. I did a little fourwheeling over the weekend and it didn't seem touchy. It wasn't much of crawling though more snow bashing.

Don't mind the flakes coming off of the header, I tried to paint it with some ceramic stuff. Obviously that didn't work. I will be getting it ceramic coated sometime soon.

Now I need to sell some of the parts from the donor.
What are 4.2L rods, 4.0L head, crankshaft worth?
