the downstream doesn't matter it just tells the pcm if the cat is bad, could you possibly have a bad upstream o2 sensor?

Thought I would update this. The upstream sensor I just got a few months ago was bad. Replaced it under warranty and now it runs perfect.

Today I went through and installed new plugs, wires, and a coil. While I had it apart I went ahead and did a compression test. I was really surprised. 190-200 PSI !  I new my compression would be high because my dynamic compression ratio is so high. But still thought that was pretty significant over the stock 130-150 PSI.
