You don't say what year or vehicle engine you are starting with, so more details are required. If the cam you selcted has much more lift than stock, you will need different valve sprngs.
See the spreadsheet undet the topic "how much did you send onyour stoker" ( sticky at the top of this forum), it may give you some idea avbout some of the ther parts you will need.

That cam kit comes with springs. Same one you're running 68-231-4

If you have visual emissions inspections (meaning the hood is opened) and this is a road vehicle and the inspector pays a lot of attention, you will fail said inspection due to lack of EGR (even though the new engine will pollute less than an old worn out engine when tuned).
I have the same issue (90XJ with a 7120 head and 99+ intake in the works)
