You're welcome to hit me up if you have any problems locating some .927 AB bushings.

With the big end of your rod housing bore being on the high you'll likely have over .0025 oil clearances.
I'd recommend checking them before you re-bush in case you have to cut the cap/resize to tighten it up.
Then when you re-bush you'll be able to correct the center to center.

Chris,

.120 is probably the limit.
For practical purposes I've limited my Strokers to a 3.970 bore. This allows me to stay within a commonly available OEM 4.000 bore head gasket and a common ring package.

The OP probably was unaware of being able to order cost effective custom piston eliminating the compromises in running a piston with the wrong dish, pin bore and unnecessary valve pockets.

If had known about Russ's .090 pistons I would have probably gone that route. I had been scouring through piston catalogs for something close to what I wanted. Fyi cometic makes a big bore head gasket. 4.030 or 4.060, can't remember exactly. I sonic tested 4 blocks before going with this one. I wouldn't do this for a customer because of potential reliability issues, but I'm willing to push my own luck.

Nice to hear that the build hasn't stopped.

I don't have a torque plate so I thought I would try this old school method. The cylinders didn't seem to move much if any, unlike doing this on a SBChevy. Also noticed block honed very straight, didn't have to chase the tight spot like a 302 Ford. Not sure if it's the short cylinder or metallurgy, but I like the cylinder walls not moving around.

Cut .085 off piston crown to achieve 20 cc dish.

Working on the cylinder head. I'll have more pictures soon.

Typically when you get a bare aftermarket head the guude I.d. does not come finished. So now I'm honing out the bronze guides.

I bolted the cylinder head to the block and the edge of the combustion chamber hung inside the bore. So I scribed the 4.000" bore on to the head. Then I opened the sides of the chamber out to the scibed line.
