well I came up with this winters list of projects, i need to be a little more involved with the thread. i do a lot to it but i always forget to take pics a document. so the next things are a 2wd aw4 swap and im installing a shift kit and high stall convertor. also swapping my rear end to a 3.73 and doing the trac lok clutches. i told my gf i wanted my 2nd n2o bottle and heater for christmas :hrhr: then just have to order my new race tires 275/50/15 for the back and 225/60/15 for the front. slicks is now a must i just cant get traction when spraying :rockout:

mind telling me how you lowered it? I have a lift on mine but ive toyed with the idea of making it a cone killer.
92 XJ 4D custom borla header 3" exhaust flowmaster 50series muffler.

ATK on the way then an OBD 2 swap so flyin ryan can tune.

dou you have any dyno numbers? or track times? and seems like 3.55s would be sweet for that set up I wouldn't be surprised if 3.73s are to low

it was not very easy, basically I have a chevy blazer bastard pack and 1in lift shackles on the back but I took a d35 zj axle and cut all the mounts off. welded some leaf perches on the bottom so the axle actually sits on top of the leafs. I have 98 Durango shock mounts in the rear and running 99 chevy astro shocks. The front I just cut the coils until I liked the height. I had to cut the studs off the front sway links and cut the bump stops cuz they were hitting. Running 99 ford explorer shocks up front. Now that im swapping it to a 2wd I will be putting the stock shackles back in and dropping the front more. I know I ran into more minor issues but got most of them fixed. There should be some more pic on cherokeeforum if you as a member

I have not been to the dyno yet and the last time I went 14.11 in the 1/4. but it was on street tires and still slipping a lot when I hit the n2o. but I just picked up some slicks and swapping out that aw4, there should be a big difference alone. You may be right I have had many of my friends say run 4.10 but that's crazy, with 26in tires if I do any normal driving it will be at 3k rpm going 55mph. I figured 3.73 was a good medium I would like to get a tire off the ground eventually

don't break it in half!...I run 3.55s on 33 inch tires with the aw4 and it really isn't bad on the street but im sure I would be much happier with 4.56s around 2200 is a good highway cruise rpm cam depending

im running the zex system. they are the only ones that I have seen use this control box, the box will shut off if there is a drop in fuel pressure. I think they are one of the safest ones out there
