I like it a lot and it works fine,
I have two injektor banks one for CNG and one for fuel, too control the banks I have made an microcontroller card that shift banks between the fuel types.
And for shifting petrol and E85 I have an sensor that's contol the Megasquirt injection.
Right now I shift between CNG and petrol by a button tha's tell the microcontroller card too shift injektorbanks.

Yesterday I have a first testrun with the computercontrolled AW4 transmission and I am very satisfied of the test.
Even if i got too short the driveshaft too rearaxle because the AW4 and NP242 are little longer so are'nt there any vibration even if I have cut the driveshaft and weld it together again.
The AW4 works very well and my joystickshifter felt fine too shift with.

so is megasquirt controlling both injector banks or are you running a separate fuel management for the cng?

The Megasquirt control both banks and I have calculated the injectors so I can use same vetable but it should be nice with a Megasquirt 3 with MS3x card so I have dualtable and could control each injector and ignitioncoil separated

That sounds nice, what I read about it the MS3 and MS3x card they have a lot of unctions that I will have.
So right now I see were it's cheap to buy, but unfortunaly we don't have so many retailers in sweden only people that's import them and sell them again.
And if we take them from USA we got to pay high taxes for it so I hope to catch somebody who could take it home for me or pay somebody to send it as a gift so I don't need to pay high taxes.

A bit late maybe but some of the guys at "Skogen Racing" in Gefle has been using MS for many years and their new project : A Euro Ford Escort Mk2 with a turbo-charged BMW six (aiming for 1000 hp) has a MS3 that I think they got from a guy in Finland, you could check out their webpage, they have a forum-thread thats all about Megasquirt in all forms.

Check it out: http://www.skogenracing.com cool movie-clips on some almost scary Euro-cars with turbo's and lot's of power but all cars and engines used is very OT on this forum so beware...They do have a english section but the forum is in Swedish...

Now I have started too programming my new TCU for the AW4 automatic trans. It should Control both the gearchange with individual tables depending on if I should race or drive in the terrain.
The controller should also control the switch of the np242 and AW4 with electric motors instead of the gear lever.
The controller are an Arduino mega with a 3.2 inch touchscreen.
The touchscreen should also show a lot of information and I also thought about an gyro card so it could show the angle of the car but I haven't bought that yet.
The controller are programmed too work both as manual and automatic gearchange depending on choice manual works with shiftpaddles .

Holy crap, that is awesome!

Any details on how you interfaced the Arduino with the transmission?

The interface with the AW4 is quite simple, 3 relay for each solenoid, freguency Count on the original sensor at outgoing shaft, and then I have an mapsensor connected to the Arduino to sens Engine load.
Then I have 2 incoming pins for the manual gearchange up and down and 1 pin for switching between manual and automatic gearchange.
I also have 1 pin connected to the brakepedal to release the lockup if I should brake.

For changing park, reverse, drive etc I have Electric window motors and linear sensor connected with a wire to the transfercase so depending on the value of the button pressed and the value at the linear sensor the Arduino nows if the window motor should be going forward or backwards and then reaching the value pressed it stops.
The NP242 work in the same way.

Ms3 that sounds nice, I should replace my Ms2 during the Winter season and going for a Ms3 with Ms3x, I have started programming the setup for Ms3 and its a lot of more functions in the Ms3 should be nice too change.

ya i had a few issues with the ms3/ms3x when i first tried to start it but it turned out a couple of the wiring diagrams i had from jeep were wrong so once i figured those out and fixed some bad sensors it started right up

so your running injectors for the cng and regular gas? where do you have the second set of injectors mounted?

I have a second fuelrail beside the plenum with a connection to it, not the best placement but CNG was not planned then I made the new plenum.
The best would be 2 injectors in each intake but its a big rebuild and I have not that time right now too do that must have the new automatic transmission controller up and running first.
Have just finish implementation and programming a realtimeclock in the controller and today it should arrive a gyro and accelerometer that should connect to the controller so I should see the angle of the car in the display instead of having a gyro stand alone.
