Hello again.
Long time. Older. Wiser. But still need some opinions.

my 4.6 stroker has a valve tick. its time to ditch this comp cams Cam

Im running yella terra 1.7

and currently K68-231-4 is the cam.

Mopar Performance spings P5249464 with Mopar Performance retainers P4452032

stock pushrods.

arp head bolts.


anyone got an opinion on whats the best options ?
I have a new set of stock valve springs if needed.

Why do you think it's time to ditch the cam? Does it have any lobe wear? You could just replace the lifters if that's the only problem.

Honestly the cam is noisy.
I think I have a bad lifter or bent pushrod.. so its like a *while I am in there type of thing.

also. I do not like the profile. it has too much top end and not enough bottom end.

A better choice with your 1.7:1 rocker ratio would have been the slightly less aggressive 68-232-4 with 113° LSA rather than the 111°
Upgrading from the 822 lifter to the 867 that has closer tolerances also seems to help.
