Rod bearing tang grooves

Post by MunkMaster »

I have a set of Scat rods that have 2 bearing tangs in it. I am pretty sure they are supposed to line up with the same side as the main bearing tangs but not 100% sure. Am I correct on this? And if so can someone tell me which side the main bearing tangs are on (1996 4.0 block) my block is at the machine shop and I'm itching to put the piston and rods together just to feel like something is getting done.

Thanks

P.S. I tried attaching a couple different photos of the rods and such but kept getting this error

"ERROR

Bearing tangs are on the driver side.

Thanks Russ

I shot you an email but the question wasn't an emergency so I didnt see the point of calling since the block went back to the machine shop.
Cheers
