The Mopar P5249464 springs still seem to be available at these sites but they may be the last remaining stock:

Great find on those Ford 4.6L 2-valve beehive springs.

Does anyone have the part nos. for retainers & locks?

Just because the springs are listed on their site, doesn't mean that they are in stock or available.

Mopar 53021676AB 8mm 8* Retainers 5.7/6.1 Hemi
Locks- can reuse your stock locks, depending on year, either single groove or 3 groove, they are 8mm 8*.

Perfect. At just $2 each they're cheap too. Just as well 'cause the Ford 4.6L springs are $12.50 each making it $150 for a set of 12.
