Springs for the Ford 4.6L 1213 and 1214 install at 1.64" and will fit with hemi retainers and stock locks.

Just because the springs are listed on their site, doesn't mean that they are in stock or available.
Mopar 53021676AB 8mm 8* Retainers 5.7/6.1 Hemi
Locks- can reuse your stock locks, depending on year, either single groove or 3 groove, they are 8mm 8*.
