For a 1997 TJ, and Android smartphone ( and for laptop -windows 10), what is the best "kit"?
Need all sensor reader, code reader & clean check engine light.....
Wifi or bluetooth?
PCM tune is possible?

For tuning, SCT or Syked.

For just reading sensors, clearing codes, etc. I use a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and the Android app Torque.
