I have a 92 Cherokee 4.0L that I am using as my base for my stroker and I noticed that when I pulled the oil pan on disassembly the was no engine girdle. All the videos I see they have to raise the girdle so the rods will clear with the deeper stroke on the crank, my engine does not have one. Will that be a problem? This is my first engine build so excuse my ignorance.

They didn't start putting those in 'till later years, 94 or 95. You're fine without it, it's not much of a girdle.
