PCV/CCV holes interchangeable?

Basically I'm trying to install an oil/air separating catch can. I also have a cowl snorkel. It would ease my installation if I could route the CCV from the intake to the hole in the rear of the valve cover and have the PCV in the front going to the catch can, then been into the intake. Can I swap these? Are the holes the same size? Is there any difference in baffeling below? Thanks!

The ID diameter of the hole of the grommet may change but the actual hole in the valve covers are the same front to rear

Thanks Russ! So if I swap grommets everything should fit. Any difference under the cover with baffling or anything?

The early cast covers all the same other than the oil fill.

The late tin cover as you know has a full length baffle.
I'm not sure on post 2001

I actually wasn't sure if baffling was full length and the same for both. Thanks for the confirmation! Mines a '98 btw, but I think I'm going to try and find a junk yard piece to clean up and wrinkle paint, then add new hardware to. I think my lip might be bent due to a leak at the rear of the VC. Thanks again man!
