One notable issue I found online trying to find 258 casting #s is one source said if the fourth character was a "c" its a 232
Another source said if the fourth character was a "c" or "m" its a 258 that originated in Mexico I was unsure till I ripped that baby apart and seen that beautiful #3727 cast in the crank unsure of the rod casting but I'm going back first thing in the morning and getting the crank and rods :rockout:

Apparently sometime in the 80s the "c" switched from 232 to 258 ill try to get my facts in order and post accordingly but I figured this info would help someone looking to find a crank
