Top of the cylinder head above the no. 6 cylinder, just in front of the no. 14 head bolt. It’s some kind of sensor/switch and I’ve misplaced what was in there. I’m not familiar enough with it to know what it’s called so I can buy a new one.
I’m sure this is a no-brainer for most of you guys but I could use some help. Thank you.

That's the coolant temperature gauge sending unit.
