7120 head in 2002 WJ?

Can the 7120 casting head be made to work in a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ ?, if I'm doing a Viper coil mod at same time, I don't have to work about the coil rail mounting up, what else am I missing?

If I’m not mistaken you’ll have to have the appropriate exhaust manifold since the ports are larger and in slightly different spots on the later years.

Already planning on header with stroker, so that part should be ok
