I have a 1991 Jeep Wrangler with EFI completely torn apart and doing a rebuild. First build, I am learning, searching, and reading here...
I took the block to a machine shop and they magnafluxed the block, decked the block, bored the 4.0 to a 4.6L - 0.03" over, honed it, and installed cam-bearings, freeze plugs.
I'm looking at running a scat 258 crankshaft, and I want to use a mildly aggressive cam -- thinking Lunati Voodoo 258 262/268 and lifters...

upgrade the Injectors, (adjust fuel via fuel rail),
What type of head should I consider? I heard 505 Performance gets crappy reviews. Hesco? Stock Aluminum Edlebrock head?
What type of rockers then? Harland Sharps?
Valve Springs?
Also - Anyone running this cam - will I need a electric vacuum pump for brake booster?
Sorry for obnoxious first post ... thanks

What type of rockers then? Harland Sharps? Yup, Harland Sharp.
Valve Springs? Mopar Performance P5249464 with stock valves, or Chevy LS1 springs with valve seats ground for LS1 valves.
I'm sure Russ will chime in with further advice.

Re: 1991 Jeep Wrangler EFI
I'd be more than happy to send you information on my stroker kit's that includes balanced Scat crankshafts that you mentioned you were interested in along with a forged piston and rod combination at a very good price point.
I offer a ported 7120 in addition to the Edelbrock head with Chevy LS valve and spring upgrades.
Feel free to shoot me a email I would be happy to send information out to you regarding my various products and services.
Thanks,
