They made a set of 8 for me, because two of them were overheated while setting right temperature:

Stroker runs great, so much power although I haven't tried to push it more than 2000 revs yet (only 350 kms now).
Light pinging on EU 95 octane (US 89 octane) under moderate throttle (63mm) when engine is hot. I hope to solve it by using cooler spark plugs NGK ZFR6F-11. No pinging on LPG. My CR is 10.1:1.

There is a ticking noise coming from one bad lifter on #6 cylinder (all lifters are new, preload is checked and set to 1.0-1.5 mm by using 1.0 mm shims under rockers). Is there any chance to fix it without disassembling the head?

A short rod no quench with a 10.0:1 static compression ratio will not run on a low octane fuel.

You'll need to either increase the octane level of your fuel or lower the static compression ratio.

That said, I can only admire and appreciate the obstacles that you have to go through to buy parts and and do the necessary machine work build an engine in Russia.
I get pretty decent international shipping rates. I'll be more than happy to help in anyway that I can if you ever need anything.

My long term corrections are +7% when idling, so 24 lbh Bosch 0280155784 injectors seems a little bit small for my engine and I need 26 lbh Bosch 0280155849 injectors.

Hi, guys!
I've run my stroker 2000 kms already.
I have moderate pinging while running on regular gasoline. Long term OBD corrections are +7-8%.
So I've made adjustable MAP. Set it to 5.2V - much better! Then set it to 6.0V - pinging is gone. Then decreased voltage to 5.8V - no pinging at all. I'm going to decrease MAP voltage till pinging comes back again and raise up a little.

So my 24 lbh Bosch 0280155784 injectors seems small for my engine so I'm already to order larger 0280155849 or 0280155865 injectors. Which one do you recommend?

Wow, seems like Bosch 0280155784 are not 24lbs. According to this
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f13/defi ... cs/1305456 they are rated 22.6 lbs:

Bosch 0280155784; 20.2lb/hr @ 39psi & 22.6lb/hr @ 49psi

So they are a good upgrade for stock engine but not enough for a stroked.

D'you know that new KB Icon 944's have a hole so you don't need to take off excessive amount from rod?
