4.0 with a 4.2 crank

Post by jimbow912 »

I have a chance to grab a 4.2L from a budy of mine and I have a 4.0 block that I had laying a round that I riped out of my XJ, I herd that u can put the 4.2L crank in the 4.0L motor to strock it. is that true and will be worth it.

Worth it, you have to decide on that, your needs, goals and end use. Lots of us have built stroker I6's using the 258 crank. Google jeep stroker and read the weekend away, You will have more questions then.
