I am having very little luck finding a .043" head gasket. I found a Felpro, but it was the 9076PT1, not the 9076PT. Can't find the VR Dana, and I have found ONE Mopar performance from NJ, which I ordered. So I have one gasket, but no source for a replacement. Any suggestions for a supplier?

My local dealership stated on friday that there were only 4 orders in the country at this time, and they are all back ordered. My last few tear downs I've been using the mls [multi-layered steel] riveted factory gasket. No problems yet. I'm not exactly sure about it's compressed thickness but I think it's around .046?

I know, it's a somewhat old post, but I've been able to get a Victor Reinz .043" head gasket from Carquest Parts Store. They had it on hand for me the next day after ordering it.

I got mine from Monicatti Mopar. The cheapest I could find. $23.85 plus $8.95 for shipping.

Re: Where do you buy your head gaskets?
I have bought several there, tell them it is on their internet site and they have a good price. Haven't bought one from them for a while though. I have a shelf with 3 laid back, but is this something we need to run a ground. How long ago since anyone bought a 043 head gasket, Mopar and Victor seems to me to be the good ones. Close to 6 months ago since I bought these for maintenance/builds. Has anyone recently been unable to purchase one.
We use OEM 4.0 #53020754AB .053"
Mopar Performance #P4529242 0.043"
Victor Reinz #5713 0.043"
Fel-Pro #9076PT1 0.051"
Fel-Pro supposedly made a 043 thickness gasket, but I have never found one.
Victor made most of the performance head gaskets for Mopar, but I have been told that there is some differences in the two. I have not found the Victor for some time in our area. If you know of others, add them to the list.
