Actually, my lazy ass didn't reset it when I changed the fuel pump.. just pulled the fuel pump relay.

I found this about "flashing" or ereasing the ECU memory :

I did not know about the ignition switch and headlights part. Is this the correct way?

The encoding on that page is incorrect, so here's the "translated" text :

* Disconnect the POSITIVE battery Terminal and touch it to ground for 30 seconds. (This is to discharge the PCM capacitors, which maintain the Adaptive Memory.
Reconnect the Battery Cable
Turn Ignition Switch to the “On” position but DO NOT start the engine
Turn Headlight “On”
Turn Headlights “Off”
Turn Ignition Key “Off”

I've always done the touch the cables to themselves method. I'm not sure about the head light nonsense.
