Yeah the same sticker only with 4.7 is also on Ebay. Do a search for 4.7 stroker sticker (or Jeep or Cherokee or Wrangler) they are usually spammed pretty good so just about combo brings them up...

LOL double scratch that... search for 4.7L stroker adding the all important L turned them up.

Is this hardwiring the Unichip into the CPU a Hesco only mod or is this something any competant race shop can handle?

Any competent race shop with Unichip experience should be able to install / tune it, however you may find that most do not want to deal with it because it is a Jeep....

Interesting that the Unichip can retard the timing by the CPS and can richen/lean it by manipulating the TPS and MAP and not actually the injector pulse widths like the AEM.
